Ultimate Steak Dinner with Garlic Butter, Shrimp, and Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients:

For the Steak & Garlic Butter:

  • 2 ribeye steaks (or your favorite cut)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

For the Shrimp:

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

For the Potatoes:

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Potatoes:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

2. Cook the Steak:

  1. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Once hot, add the steaks and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side (or until they reach your desired doneness).
  3. Add the butter, garlic, and parsley to the pan, basting the steaks as the butter melts. Set steaks aside to rest.

3. Cook the Shrimp:

  1. In the same skillet, add olive oil and shrimp.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  3. Garnish with parsley.

4. Serve:

  1. Plate the steak, shrimp, and potatoes together.
  2. Drizzle garlic butter from the pan over the steak and shrimp.
